When you posit an issue, what's better? The people who have stakes in it

A homogeneous response to a problem solves it?
I was talking to a friend about the need for one voice to be effective and she didn't see the reason why it needed to be one voice as in she said we may think basically along similar lines but there may be different angles from which we are looking at things. But I tried telling her the fascists...

Is discipline possible for all in all circumstances?
I believe in punctuality, but I have a friend, who is dependent at home on the vagaries of water availability to fill buckets of water and store them and come. Sometimes the water comes much later than usual and then she's late to work or for whatever appointment. I can say she is often unpunctual....
