About universal free education at primary level...
In my part of the world, primary education is free for all who go to the Government and Government-aided schools. I sometimes wonder whether those who can afford should not be paying for it? Maybe there should be a graded system of payment? It isn't as if my country has no poverty. So really... Sign in to see full entry.
