You thought that thread was about the divine ordination as a special class;
I saw it as a symbol of upholding the oppressive caste system; she saw it as a kind of bondage given that commensurate with the powers are certain unreasonable expectations What am I referring to above? The thread that upper caste Hindus wear. So seeing lies in the eyes of the viewer. It is about...

I see somebody's active work as a sense of commitment to work
You see somebody's active nature as a way of keeping away restlessness; Yet others see it as creating an opportunity to manipulate. Seeing indeed lies in the eyes of the viewer

When u see a space for worship in a Muslim-owned garage
you think it's about terrorism and weapons. When I see it, I think it is a spiritual space for the workers which the owner has been generous enough to provide. When you see a chapel in someone's house, you say they're big time people that have a chapel in their house. And the house then is a...

With FAthers' Day just gone by, there are many ways at looking at how
and why Father's dAy should be celebrated. Some feel Father's DAy is nothing but a commercial venture to promote commercial cards and gifts. Others feel that Father's DAy is a reassertion that Fathers count. For still others it is an occasion to celebrate Fatherhood, and for those with fathers to...

Today's election day in Goa. Voters say there was hardly anyone at some of
the voting booths. Does this mean people have no faith in the electoral system or they have no faith in the present-day breed of politicians or just that they were plain lazy not wanting to venture out during the day-long drizzle?

Do numbers count or does quality count in a movement
What's the use of quality if it's not stirring sufficient people? What's the use of quantity if there is no quality but a mob or a herd mentality? So what? Quality alone? No! Quantity alone? No!

I am very articulate speaking at high-profile events and so very visible.
You do the quiet hard work behind making that event possible. We say seeing lies in the eyes of the viewer. But how could the viewer even have seen this silent hard work at the event itself?

When people do not turn up for a rally, what does that imply?
That the people do not support the cause of the rally? That people have other better things to do? That people are not happy with those who lead the Rally? OR that they are intimidated by those who are threatened by the rally? That they are in dire straits and unable to come? Seeing lies in the eyes...
