What to make of someone who takes much time to smile?

I see someone who takes so much time to smile and I think that that person is a "kaduuss", meaning a stuck-up bitter person. You see that same person and you think he is a mature and not a flip flop flippant person who simply jumps up at the drop of a hat and reacts impulsively. So there. Seeing so...
