We have all these rules for a longer healthier life

Which of the rules really work? I believe it is individual and statistical and the key is learning about your own body, what harms it and what doesn't. Some people, for instance, are not susceptible to smoking, over-eating, etc., while many are. Is moderation really the key? Sign in to see full entry.
