Diet Changes . . . .

I have read that eating soy products more often and drinking soy milk will make you much healthier and more energetic. What turns me off is that soy products such as soy bars, soy milk, etc., cost more than non-soy products, and I fear it is not the additional cost of soy beans or production, but...
