Armed Felons in our Cities

Armed Felons Never Seem to Go to the Range

at least to my knowledge. I try to fire a couple boxes of ammo a month to keep in practice, using different targets, different distances, different guns and different hands, etc. I know felons carry gons, but are they as adept as someone who practices regularly? Atlanta's Escapee

is a prime example of why the general public, those of us who choose to be, should be armed. The slag who escaped, killing three people will not hesitate to kill again at the lightest opportunity.
