Why is the church so adamant

that parishioners follow the rules? Many church rules are not in the Bible but are sins to ignore. Some person made the rules. An example of a local church's rules is that men and women may not swim together. They say it is too much like bathing and that is a sin! Well bathing together is no sin,...
