Security is more than protection from terrorist acts

It is a plethora of daily concerns that must be cared for. In my opinion, the federal government is least able to take care of those daily needs. They have (I hope!) the big picture, but the local governments, state, city and county, are the ones carrying the real burden of our personal security.... Sign in to see full entry.
