Star Trek is getting a bit too much . . .

Seems they are running out of stories. I hate the continuing stories that last an entire season. That is why I rarely watched Deep Space 9. I did watch the season finale of Star Trek tonight, and it was the first episode I had seen in a while. I missed a lot leading up to tonight, but was... Sign in to see full entry.

Season Finales are over

for the most part. Now it is time to view those shows/episodes we missed, or, <SHUDDER> pick up a good book and read it instead of watching the telly? Hey! What about getting involved with conversation, or with a community group as a volunteer? Those are all great alternatives to television, aren't... Sign in to see full entry.

Joan of Arcadia Season Finale was most interesting . . . . .

That is a very creative show, as well as thought-provoking. I am looking forward to the next season. For those interested, here is the show's web site: Joan of Arcadia on CBS Sign in to see full entry.

From what I read . . . ..

The Dick Van Dyke reunion show was a miserable failure. I thought it would be and missed it. That was, in it's original time, a wonderfully funny and creative show, and the reruns are still great. Did I really miss anything by not watching the reunion? Lesson to TV Producers: When something dies a... Sign in to see full entry.

Star Trek Needs New Concepts . . . .

It was at one time one of my favorite shows, and now I just do not find it as interesting and challenging as it once was. I miss Mr. Roddenberry. Sign in to see full entry.

NCIS Last Night

NCIS last night was pretty good. I liked the twisting and turning of the plot that is found in a good number of NCIS episodes. Watch this show if you haven't. The cast of characters are interesting as are the way they interact. Sign in to see full entry.

Dragging it out . . . .

The Survivor Dynasty is certainly wringing every drop of air time out of the Survivor All Stars show! Although, I am happy that Rupert got the $1,000,000 check. He was my favorite player. The next Survivor location should be very interesting. Sign in to see full entry.

Tonight's The Night for Survivor . . . .

We will find out who is the ultimate survivor, and I am hoping that it is Rupert. Although, I would love to see Amber stick a figurative knife in Rob's back at the next council, making him finish 4th. Sign in to see full entry.

Still it's Friends . . . .

It seems every show, including local news shows, are trying to capitalize on the final Friends episode. Enough already! It was a TV show, and anot a very good one at that. Let it die peacefully. (Don't tell my wife I wrote this! ) Sign in to see full entry.

TVLAND Friends "Special"?

Not being a fan of Friends, I watched Survivor last night. After that I turned to TVLAND to see what was on and it was a show, or should I write, non-show, with 5 or 6 people sitting around watching the Friends final episode. I kept it on that channel for about 5 minutes, thinking it was just a... Sign in to see full entry.
