New Orleans Looters

It is hard to believe, yet we see it in the news, that people take advantage of tragedy and pain to illegally, often brutally, enrich themselves. Even police officers reportedly looted; what a lark they must have thought the tragedy was. Fix it. How? Send in National guard troops with orders to shoot to kill looters. We are obviously too soft on those who would do us harm. Were I president (No, I cannot be, according to our Constitution, but If I were!), I would give the world a 30-day warning. At the end of 30 days, I would tell the world, any activites by any nation in support of terrorists or any military action against our nation, our citizens or our property in any part of the world would result in immediat military action agains that nation, with no exceptions. Beta 1 version of Windows Vista

has been released to about 500,000 computer professionals. The rest of us will get to uuse it sometime in 2006, if Microsoft sticks to its time table.
