Obama Campaign Cultish?
The story about the house parties to watch Barak Obama accept the Democratic nomination for presidential candidate struck me as weird. Or call me weird for thinking so, I don't know. I was reminded of a cult movement. Emotional fervor such as that we have observed in the obama campaign frightens me. My memories of history take me back to the highly charged mass meetings of the Fatherland in Germany in the 30s and 40s. Now that is really a scary thought. Perhaps I am wrong? I don't know, The...
