An Appeal?
I heard from someone that the judge has been granted an appeal on the decision to move the Ten Commandments. Has anyone else heard this? I also heard the same judge who ruled the statue had to be moved will hear the appeal. Is this normal? I thought it had to be a different, higher judge to hear an appeal. Can one appeal a decision to the same court that originally handed down the decision? Sign in to see full entry.
