It is hard to believe, yet we see it in the news, that people take advantage of tragedy and pain to illegally, often brutally, enrich themselves. Even police officers reportedly looted; what a lark they must have thought the tragedy was. Fix it. How? Send in National guard troops with orders to shoot to kill looters.
