Customer service is a joke!!!

Could someone please explain to me why recordings have taken over the phone system in america today? Because I would like to know. It seems that you can't call anything anymore, without being greeted by a machine. And then, after you hit a large series of numbers, you're put on hold, for maybe even... Sign in to see full entry.
