Not Good for the Resume – Supreme Court Throws Out Sotomayor Ruling

President Obama’s first nominee to the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, took a most untimely black mark to the resume today when the Court reversed her ruling that unfairly denied promotions to white firefighters because of their race.
