Are a nation's borders sovereign or not?
In a comment on another blog, the claim was made that the Iraq war was illegal because it violated another nation's borders. Besides the obvious problem of Iraq having violated the borders of Kuwait and Iran (and, through its support of terrorism, Israel), the claim runs into anothe big snag. If...
