So, Ruth has a grand baby ... and I call her my "faux" grand baby...

Her name is Kristen and she's 2 now. She is a miracle because she was born at 22 months. She weighed 1lb 9oz. She had a brain bleed and the doctors didn't know what the long term effects would be if she did live. She fought and pulled through. After 3 months in the hospital, she went home. Not long... Ruth

One year ago I left Ruth thinking she would be in remission at least for a little while. Two months later a tumor was found in her liver. Chemo sucks

Ruth had her chemo and this is day three - "the worst day" she informed me. She knows having been there before. Monday was the six hour chemo treatment.
