Saturday & Sunday
Saturday 4.16.11 Stayed home, all day relaxing and enjoying the fact that I really didn’t have to go anywhere. I had soup for lunch and suddenly it was almost 6pm. I ran out to get some frozen yogurt because that was going to be the end of the run for the day. I enjoyed the frozen yogurt and the rest of the night was an uneventful evening of a small urge to eat that I easily overcame still feeling terrible about my Thursday night setback.
