Salem, Oregon A Capital City

Salem in an unusual city, it has all of the correctional facilities for the state in one city. They have highway clean up crews composed of inmates from the prisons. They also have the main mental hospital there. It doesn't however seem to be a dangerous city. I usually feel afraid in dangerous... Sign in to see full entry.
