Winter Sleep

Bittersweet cold lingers deep from within, Chilling my soul, no warmth from the gin. Winter is here, winds swirling without sense. Layers of clothes give little defense. Parkinson's Silence

The silence overwhelming from within my house. Trying to be quiet as even a mouse. No words spoke between us not even a peep. Why does the anger keep me from sleep?
