Kudos to the MFL for their week 17 performance. We got great individual performances, close games, and overtime. There was a time when teams used to mail it in if there was nothing to play for on the last weekend of the season. No one did today. Good or bad, everyone gave their best. And now it is... First, to piggyback saul relative, this is the worst NFL season that I can ever remember. The games are excitiing, but mediocrity rules the day. Went to Iggles-'Skins game today. Philly won 21-19. "Fly Eagles Fly" could be heard throughout Fedex Field while burgundy and gold fans burned. Security was beefed up. I know that Reggie Bush scored four TD's. I know that the Titans beat the Colts on a 60 yard field goal. I know that Da Bears clinched the NFC North. The Patriots were flat, but beat Detroit. An old rivalry was revisited today as the Dallas Cowboys came to Landover, Maryland to battle the Washington Redskins.
