No helicopters or planes, no firewatch for us, but I can't sleep.

It's been a few hours at least since I've heard a helicopter or plane overhead, but I'm afraid to go to sleep. All the horror stories of people not even being in fire danger and then waking up to fire on the roof and having to run out without pets or belongings or even shoes. I'm too tired to write...
