This was a comment that was attempted to be posted by one of Isaac's friends, Matt, the swastika boy. I didn't approve it. He told Isaac to make sure I saw it, then sent me an email saying "kiss my fuckin ass" out of the blue. We hadn't had any interaction with each other since I tried to sort out...

It's official. I'm a vampire. I will never sleep at night again.
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST, the fires. THEN all the horrifying stories of the people who died or lost everything, or almost died, because while they were sleeping the demon fire came for them and there was no time to get out... or little time... no warning... or the reverse 911 call...

No helicopters or planes, no firewatch for us, but I can't sleep.
It's been a few hours at least since I've heard a helicopter or plane overhead, but I'm afraid to go to sleep. All the horror stories of people not even being in fire danger and then waking up to fire on the roof and having to run out without pets or belongings or even shoes. I'm too tired to write...

The Witch fire continues -- but WE ARE SAFE.
Thank all of you for your support, I know you shook your heads at my stubborn decision to stay put -- but there were many reasons we, I, just didn't know where to go and how to get out. North, South, East were on fire, are still. However, the part of the Witch fire that was endangering us is now...

My internet keeps going out from fires, see comment in last post.
More details there. Half a million evacuated.. biggest evacuation in California EVER. I can hear the helicopters and planes over the house... the fire is not far. Eddie sleeps like a baby and leaves it to me. He just thinks it's stupid to worry about a fire 7 miles away... but it's moved 40 miles in...

North County San Diego is burning, with me in it. I'm surrounded by fire.
We live where the two fires, the split of the Witch fire, are headed... in Mira Mesa right on the Poway boarder and four exits from the evacuation area. It moved so fast that the evacuation area grew from 10,000 people to 250,000 people in about four hours. Our house is full of smoke, the cars...

Come meet a friend of mine ... he left for Iraq today.
A few posts ago I posted something a friend of Eddie and I had posted on myspace, his name is Robert. He recently got promoted so he likes to be called Sgt. Settle. He left for Iraq today. He was married, and got his heart really broken in the divorce. His wife cheated on him and it was really hard...
