Change Is In The Wind

The acer rubrum (red maple) tree flowers began to show tiny buds today in the sunshine and warm weather we are having. Son #1 noticed them first. When the red tiny flowers are full grown, they will turn into samaras that look like little whirlybirds and fly away to repopulate. I am glad they do... Sign in to see full entry.
