Some people take advantage of disasters to propagate themselves.

I see this happening whenever there are floods or earthquakes. People who have otherwise no concern whatsoever for human beings and the slow deaths that so many near or around them are going through, suddenly begin to show extreme concern in these situations and go back to their laid-back and comfy...
