Is it possible for a person to be very softspoken at home and violent and

abusive on the internet in a mailgroup. I find the two irreconciliable and therefore impossible of existence in the same person. Many people tell me "but he's a very nice man with his family" and I can't help feeling that the family is just shutting up and endorsing the "nice man" image for the sake...
