My Humble Opinion and Other Works:

Successful Enchiladas I did it. I made a dinner that could be appreciated beyond this danged medicine I'm taking. Mom declared it a great success, and even my picky husband went back for seconds. Now granted, I did use the directions on the can, but I embellished with my own ideas, they being: a can of tomato sauce, more shredded cheese and plain rice as a side dish.
