Animal abusers separate animals from their natural family.

An animal abuser is usually a thoughtless, mindless individual who has no concern nor consideration for the actual well-being of a living creature they call their "pet." An animal is born, as are we, into a natural family and speaks the language of its natural family. The animal has social ties, emotional attachments, friendships and physical needs met within its own family and later, within its own species. A human can never begin to fill these needs.
