Bush says we can't win the war on terror.

Dubya just gave himself a loophole when he said that whether or nor we can win the war on terror is "up in the air." He also said that he doesn't mean to alarm us but the terrorists are plotting to disrurpt Election Day. Hmmm. In other words, if one goes out to vote, he takes his life in his hands...
