On Saturday night, a respected 27 year veteran of

the Providence RI police department was killed during a routine interrogation of a suspect. Det. James L. Allen 50, was killed by 26 year old Estaban Carpio who subsequently jumped 35 feet to the street below from a third storey window to hail a taxi to take him to New York City. God knows how...
