2 fathers, 2 horrible doctors, 2 reasons to worry

My dad needs new hips. It's not an uncommon procedure, but the doc's were surprised at the amount of damage to his joints--usually, they only see this type of stuff in people in their 70's (my dad isn't even 60 yet...). 404 days, and counting

It's the first substantial loan I've ever had, and I take great pride in knowing that I paid it off early, without missing even one payment. Poo on my shoe

We have new neighbors, and they have 2 dogs. Big, Newfoundland dogs. For reasons that I'll never really understand, these people seem to have gotten the impression that it is perfectly alright to let these mammoth dogs roam free. No leash, no fences; nothing.
