Tough Enough?

Well, kids, I just found out that I have type II diabetes. I've been pre-diabetic for years, and now I've apparently stepped over the line. Not too terribly far, yet. My doctor thinks we can control it with diet and exercise. I sure hope so. Need I say that I am highly bummed out by this? For those... Sign in to see full entry.
