Okay, just so we're all on the same page...this, taken from www.bantransfats.com, should clear up a little of the specifics of it. There are four kinds of fats: monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, saturated fat, and trans fat. Monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat are the "good" fats.... Sign in to see full entry.
