I have been through and survived many experiences...Writing about those situations is therapy for me - I don't do "verbal emotional expression" Because I find it very uncomfortable to orally express my feelings to anybody..it's much easier for me to write it away and deal with it - and if I somehow help somebody in the same/similar situation who reads me - then that is a huge bonus...
