Kabir - Between

Between the poles of the conscious and the unconscious, There has the mind made a swing: Thereon hang all beings and all worlds, And that swing never ceases its sway. Millions of beings are there: The sun and the moon in their courses are there: Millions of ages pass, and the swing goes on. All swing! The sky and the earth and the air and the water; And The Supreme taking form: And the sight of this has made Kabîr a servant. Apart from having an important influence on Sikhism, Kabir's legacy is... The Pulse of God

Years passed, and the sky reached down one day and lifted me; the birds noticed and spoke, "How do you enter the Sun like... Sign in to see full entry.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

When I go into the garden with a spade, and dig a bed, I feel such an exhilaration and health that I discover that I have been defrauding myself all this time in letting others do for me what I should have done with my own hands. -Ralph Waldo Emerson, writer and philosopher (1803-1882) Sign in to see full entry.

Swami (Papa) Ramdas

Om Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram Each one holds within themselves the seed of infinite power. This seed is the origin of heavens and earth - of the whole world and the creatures in it. When one realises that one is born of this seed, one opens up the channel, through which flows into oneself the light and power of this immortal seed. One’s weakness is conquered and inexhaustible strength manifests instead. One’s ignorance is dispelled and one’s heart is illumined with Divine knowledge. Doubt... Sign in to see full entry.
