The Great Spirit

My daughter asked me about atheism so I bought a book by Richard Dawkins called "The God Illusion".As my work progresses from year to year I will respond in more closely argued texts to his positon for now... Haiti

I love hot places. When I get off the plane in Jamaica the heat rushes to meet me like warm steamy bathroom. Haiti is our second closest neighbour but now Haiti's heat is waterless. About this Blog

This blog in poetry and fiction arises from extensive travels to Jamaica where I cherish my home and neighbours. The insights I have gained form life on the island has brought about much writing, tears, laughter, anger, joy, family life and family breakdown and over and underall the power of a mighty spirit that has kept women moving on and up. I will share my novels, my poems, my hopes and aspirations and the lessons Ive learned about coping with life's problems little and large.
