This blog in poetry and fiction arises from extensive travels to Jamaica where I cherish my home and neighbours. The insights I have gained form life on the island has brought about much writing, tears, laughter, anger, joy, family life and family breakdown and over and underall the power of a mighty spirit that has kept women moving on and up.
