Why Not Repudiate All Debt?

Developing countries with more liabilities than assets do it. They take the funds that would have serviced that debt and build schools, health clinics, roads and water systems. Do you have any idea of how much debt we owe the rest of the world and the impact that debt has had on the dollar, oil and food prices, to say nothing of the future for your self, your children and all the children to come for longer than an infinity? You probably, like most Americans just don't give a shit.
