LADY LOVE

LADY LOVE Hypnotic lady love, passing through melting trees. Plunders, unknowingly, forcing winter, when it's autumn. Blind, through sheets of snow, touching a shivering rose. Pale, breathing, disturbed, Love tumbles, as anxious, silent footsteps cover the rose, and lady love. kent phalen Sign in to see full entry.

THE JOY AND PAIN OF LOVE

THE JOY AND PAIN OF LOVE TEARS OF JOY, AND TEARS OF PAIN, TEARS THAT COME OVER AND OVER AGAIN. ARE THEY JUST THE PRICE WE PAY? IS THERE NOT SOME OTHER WAY? IS ONE JUST A WARNING OF WHERE WE ARE BOUND? IS THERE NO EVERLASTING JOY TO BE FOUND? IS THAT THE PRICE WE PAY? FOR KNOWING OUR PAIN WILL ALSO GO AWAY. MAYBE THE MOST WE CAN HOPE FOR, IS THAT JOY WILL MAKE THE LAST SCORE. AND WE CAN END UP WITH A SMILE AND BELIEVE IT WAS ALL WORTHWHILE. AND THE ONES WE TOUCHED ALONG THE WAY, WE WILL REMEMBER... ANGELS OF TRUST

ANGELS OF TRUST Angels of trust, darting from clouds. Penetrating my soul, starving angry vengeance, gray beyond years. To create a being, an old baby, old rags must be burned. Threaded webs, woven by a stranger, must flow through arteries, where spoiled blood knew nothing. Angels of trust, trusting angels. Speaking wisdom to hearing ears. Music of echoes traveled so far. Sweet as mulberries lost in the years. I think I will fly with strong wings, beside this strange creature, Angels of trust. Sign in to see full entry.

THE WIND DIES

Limp sails, struggling against the current, like a bee, crashing the window pane. Searching, Trembling, crying out in the forest. A sound not heard, a need unfulfilled. Looking for a clearing, some shade, a cool breeze. Ragged from lonesome freedom, to be a willing prisoner. A home with breathing walls, a welcome mat on a peaceful shore. Too much to ask, Too much to own. Sail on my warrior, no one will know when you're gone. Sign in to see full entry.

WRONG OR RIGHT

WRONG OR RIGHT Why look in that direction? it's not really there. Imagination, a picture with no hook sitting on the wall. Is it God? an image? Satan?, Or just a dream And if so, of the mind, or heart, or does it matter? Oh, knowledge of knowledge. Confused so often with wishing. Let it be known now, like an electric sky. As clear as the chaos it creates. Let there be no wonder, Yes, indeed no doubt. Divide wrong and right, Yes, let them stand so far apart, That even the blinded eye, can see,... BURSTING BUTTERFLY

ANOTHER OLD ONE WITH THE DIFFERENT STYLE. Bursting butterfly, wings heavy with the past. What fun to watch her many colors come alive, Flying like a silver cloud in the wind. Dancing, Sparkling, never still, Like a candle flame burning in glory, Soaring in a direction not known to her, But one her soul knows so well. One day her wings will form a rainbow, filling the sky. Stars will only be a reflection, of ones in her eyes. Oh butterfly, keep on flying, and fluttering on my heart. Let me watch... Sign in to see full entry.
