MY TRAFFIC CONCERNS or WAYS TO KEEP FROM CRASHING INTO PEOPLE!!!

Traveling the highways of a metroplex area like Dallas can be dangerous. Yesterday, someone (think moron) driving a dirty blue Ford Taurus, broke down (or something) in the second lane to the right.
