WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA???????????

I posted my photo standing in front of the Mary Kay building in Dallas the other day and Afzal wrote me that he liked my “Gray” hair. My hair’s not gray. It’s frosted.
