Peach melba jam

4 cups prepared peaches 2 cups ripe red raspberries Juice of one lemon 6 cups sugar 1/2 bottle liquid pectin (one pouch) Peel and pit the peaches. Chop and crush. Blend with raspberries. Crush mixture. Add lemon juice and sugar. Bring mixture to boil and stir until heated through, about one minute.... Sign in to see full entry.
