Tired of being ashamed...

Yesterday I was at the pool near our house with the kids and I was checking out all the women, mostly mothers, at the pool. About this Blog
I am tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. I'm afraid I will pass my body issues on to my three girls. Not a good thing. So, writing and getting all the bad thoughts out is a first step to loving my body, and myself a little bit more.
