I seriously thought I was having a heart attack or something!

The other night I was sitting outside with a neighbor watching the kids play in the sprinkler when all of a sudden a warm wave washed over me and I suddenly started sweating. I am tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. I'm afraid I will pass my body issues on to my three girls. Not a good thing. So, writing and getting all the bad thoughts out is a first step to loving my body, and myself a little bit more.
