I have been eating moderate amounts of carbs and cutting back on sugar. Yesterday I found some very good sugar free candies. They tasted like regular candy. I am still watching carbs. I am eating less carbs now. I am careful not to have too many. You don't have to be perfect but can eat more complex carbs and cut down on refined carbs.
