Learning to Sit In the Presence of God Here I sit with Monkey Mind trying to quiet enough to hear the 'still small voice'. Concerns and worries occupy my attention. "Estaughforallah!" (God forgive me; Help me get this ego out of Your way). I focus on my breath. Realizing this Voice speaks not to mind, I lower the monkey-speak to a whisper. My Heart quickens.
