Balanced Breath
Balanced Breath Balance comes on many levels and in many forms. There is the balance between work and play; Between thinking and feeling; Between action and repose. There is even a balance between life and what we call death. The Buddhists call this path of balance the middle way. Of course, there is the balance we must not lose, lest we fall.
