Recovery, it seems

I went to visit Fred in the rehab center yesterday. They're making him get up and walk, maybe even on a treadmill. I'm not entirely clear on that. He's lifting small hand weights, doing as many repetitions as they can get him to do, and he's willing because he knows this is the ticket out of the... Sign in to see full entry.
