Art Challenge -- and good news...

First the good news. I heard on NPR yesterday the powers that be are talking about bringing the interest rate on new mortgages only to 4.5%, which is the lowest rate since heck was a pup. Folks who haven't been hit by layoffs can actually get a loan they can afford, and control the inflationary rent...
